Jesper Holmer Lund lectures in MDMa Core Module in Disaster Response and is one of the two course leaders for the Managing Disaster Situations module.

Positions

Jesper is working for the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, OCHA, where he is responsible for OCHA immediate response mechanisms. He has for more than 10 years been a member of the United Nations Disaster Assessment and Coordination Team and has lead UNDAC mission to a number of large scale emergencies including the Bam earthquake, Iran, Indian Ocean Tsunami, Aceh, Indonesia, Pakistan Earthquake, Haiti Earthquake. Jesper has an educational background as officer from the Danish Emergency Management Agency and is a student of MDMa.
